Formats

Below you will find information on the formats we need for newsletters, partner profiles, and campaigns in the app and on the website. If you would like to update your partner profile or provide us with new campaign materials regularly, please don’t hesitate to send them to your primary contact person or at: psm@loyaltykey.com.

Note: We reserve the right to use a different creative format or modify the text to best reach the target audience.

Newsletter

In our newsletters, our partners are promoted in a mail banner, which can be set up in two different ways. We determine the placement you receive, as we design all newsletters in a way that we believe will perform best with our members.

Type: Regular Mail Banner
Image Format: 1100 px wide x 700 px high – in jpg or png format.

Note: Always send images in the highest resolution (original file) so that our graphic designer can make the necessary adjustments.

Partner Profile

We continuously promote partners in app banners and web banners with a partner profile. To provide our members with the best experience of your business, we would like you to send us an image, logo, and a text description of your company. The text must be a maximum of 450 characters, including spaces.

Type: Partner Profile
Image Format: Your partner profile uses a hero banner: 2100 px wide x 1400 px high – in jpg or png format.
Logo:
eps / .ai / .svg / .png. The logo will appear in both the profile and campaigns.

Campaigns

A campaign includes a relevant image and a longer text. Campaigns have a more prominent placement both in the app and on the website. In a campaign, the text can be updated and adjusted continuously to reflect your company’s current offers and campaigns.

Type: Campaigns
Box Banner Format:1300 px wide x 870 px 4high – in jpg or png format
Slider Banner Format: 1920 px wide x 1080 px high – in jpg or png format. This is also used as the header image on the campaign page itself.
